The ideal candidate has 8+ years of maintenance experience with leadership exposure, EPA Universal and CPO certifications, and strong organizational skills to manage budgets and vendors. On-site role with standard schedule and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily or hospitality.
• At least 2 years in a lead, senior technician, or supervisory role.
• EPA Universal and CPO certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all major building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Budgeting, scheduling, vendor management and project oversight.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other building systems.
• Support timely work orders, emergencies and unit turns.
• Mentor maintenance team members and uphold safety standards.
