Trinity Property Consultants seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead critical building systems and maintenance teams. You will drive cost-effective projects, oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety systems, and ensure safety and reliability across properties.

Role requires 8+ years in multifamily or hospitality maintenance, with expertise in two or more trades, EPA Universal Certification, and strong leadership. On-site work with on-call rotation and full-time hours.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 8 years of facilities maintenance experience in multifamily or hospitality.
• Advanced experience in two or more trades (electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting).
• EPA Universal Certification required; CPO preferred.

Aufgaben

• Set scope, specs, budget tracking, schedule, and management of maintenance projects.
• Oversee preventative actions to ensure safety and operations.
• Lead and develop maintenance team in scheduling, duties, and performance.
• Manage work orders and unit turns with superior customer service.
• Complete inspections and maintain documentation.
