Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Maintenance Manager to maintain the physical integrity of its multifamily properties, deliver excellent resident service, and support daily operations.

You will mentor maintenance staff, oversee building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances), manage budgets and vendors, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance while responding to emergencies and on-call requests.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily or hospitality.
• 2+ years in lead, senior technician, or supervisory role.
• EPA Universal and CPO certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee major building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, vendor management and projects.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances.
