Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee facility operations, mentor a maintenance team, and ensure high standards of safety and service for residents. You will manage budgets, scheduling, and vendor relations while coordinating preventive maintenance and unit turns.

Compensation ranges from $28 to $32 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses. Typical schedule is Mon–Fri, 8:30 am–5:30 pm, with shared on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years in maintenance, with leadership/supervisory experience.
• EPA Universal and CPO required.
• Proficiency across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all major building systems and maintenance operations.
• Budgeting, scheduling, vendor management and projects.
• Troubleshoot and repair building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and carpentry.
• Mentor maintenance team members and ensure safety and training.
• Complete unit turns and respond to emergencies and service requests.
