Trinity Property Consultants is hiring a Maintenance Manager to sustain building systems, lead a maintenance team, and deliver outstanding resident service. You will manage budgets, scheduling, and vendor relationships while coaching staff and promoting safety and quality across daily operations.

The role requires 8+ years in maintenance, with 2+ years in a lead/supervisory role, and hands-on expertise across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliances.

Formación

• Minimum of 8 years maintenance experience in multifamily or hospitality settings.
• At least 2 years in lead or supervisory role; advanced trades knowledge across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee major building systems and budget/schedule/vendor management.
• Mentor maintenance staff; promote safety and teamwork.
• Ensure timely work orders, emergencies, and unit turns; perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain documentation and inventory of tools; uphold quality on all work orders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain property appearance and safety standards.
