Job summary

Amazon is hiring a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead site-based maintenance operations and develop the next generation of leaders. You will oversee Maintenance Managers, drive strategic maintenance programs, and balance proactive planning with rapid issue resolution to maximize equipment uptime across an 80+ person team.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with operations, and ensure adherence to safety standards while supporting network-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of managing large, complex facilities organizations.
• 7+ years of senior management and leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Engineering degree or related experience in Electrical/Mechanical fields.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and budgets.
• Ensure safety protocols across all operations and audit maintenance execution.
• Manage vendor relationships, external contractors, and ROI-based decisions on equipment end-of-life.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network initiatives.
