Job summary

Amazon Inc. seeks an Area Maintenance Manager to lead a dynamic maintenance team, drive safety, efficiency, and operational excellence across the site.

You will develop maintenance strategies, solve complex challenges, and empower technicians to perform at their best. You will blend strategic planning with hands-on problem solving, coordinating with operations and responding to emergencies while balancing proactive planning and real-time resolution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Microsoft Office products experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time experience
• Work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
• 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• 2+ years of CMMS experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of service technicians and automation engineers.
• Ensure safety protocols during maintenance activities site-wide.
• Design and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage and coordinate external contractors while maintaining high-quality service.
• Monitor MHE metrics and address system performance issues across operations
