Responsibilities include building preventive maintenance programs, managing budgets, and guiding maintenance execution with a strong safety culture across the site.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing large, complex facilities orgs.
• 7+ years in senior management and leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, holidays.
• 8+ years direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 6+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 6+ years leading multi-layer organizations.
• 6+ years of senior leadership development and talent management.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers to develop talent and raise performance.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage site budgets and capital plans.
• Ensure safety protocols across operations and enforce safe maintenance practices.
• Lead vendor relationships and coordinate contractors, with ROI-driven decisions.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network initiatives across sites.
