Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across multiple sites within the region. You will oversee Maintenance Managers and their teams, drive preventative programs, manage budgets, and coordinate safety initiatives to ensure operational excellence.

The role requires travel up to 80% and a strong track record in leadership, RCA, and CMMS; you will influence senior leadership and partner with safety teams to maintain high standards across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME experience
• Flexible schedules including weekends, nights, and holidays
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• 4+ years of leadership/supervisory experience
• 4+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets, performing RCA, and implementing CI
• 4+ years of communicating results to senior leadership
• 4+ years of CMMS experience

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Maintenance Managers and their teams across multiple sites
• Develop and maintain comprehensive preventative maintenance programs and budgets
• Ensure safety protocols across all sites and audit regional safety programs
• Manage capital spending plans and coordinate external contractors
• Travel domestically up to 80% to support regional sites and initiatives
