Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across the site, overseeing Area Maintenance Managers and their teams, and developing strategic maintenance programs to drive reliability and efficiency.

You will balance preventive maintenance with real-time problem resolution, manage department budgets and capital plans, ensure safety compliance, and travel domestically up to 15% to coordinate across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of Amazon RME experience.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of CMMS experience.
• 4+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Area Maintenance Managers and their teams, fostering growth and performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive preventive maintenance programs and manage budgets.
• Ensure safety protocols across all sites and partner with Safety leadership to audit programs.
• Manage capital spending plans, coordinate cross-functional projects, and work with external contractors.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network-wide initiatives.
