Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across the site and develop the next generation of maintenance leaders. You will oversee Area Maintenance Managers, develop strategic maintenance programs, and drive operational excellence across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME full-time experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights or holidays.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 4+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets with RCA/CI.
• 4+ years of communicating results to senior leadership.
• 4+ years of CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to Area Maintenance Managers and teams of technicians and automation engineers.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs, manage budgets, drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure safety protocols across sites; partner with Safety leadership to implement audits.
• Manage capital spending, coordinate cross-functional projects, and oversee outside contractors.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network-level initiatives.
