Job summary

Amazon is recruiting a Senior Maintenance Manager to lead site-based maintenance operations, develop programs, and cultivate the next generation of leaders. You will oversee Maintenance Managers, balance strategic planning with hands-on safety, and drive continuous improvement across an 80+ team.

You will travel up to 15% domestically, manage budgets, and coordinate with operations to maximize uptime and safety. Comprehensive benefits are included from Day 1.

Qualifications

• 10+ years managing large facilities organizations.
• 7+ years senior management and leadership responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 6+ years of industrial maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Maintenance Managers and Area Maintenance Managers, fostering growth and performance.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage site budgets and capital plans.
• Ensure safety protocols and practices are followed across all operations and audits.
• Lead vendor relationships, coordinate external contractors, and guide equipment end-of-life decisions using ROI.
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network-level initiatives across sites.
