Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across the site, develop the next generation of leaders, and ensure safety and continuous improvement. You will oversee Area Maintenance Managers, drive preventative maintenance, and manage budgets while coordinating with operations teams.

The role requires strategic planning, financial management, and strong leadership to optimize reliability and uptime across multiple functional areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Reliability Engineering, or 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time Exempt experience
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• 4+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience
• 4+ years of managing department spend and labor budgets, RCA, CI experience
• 4+ years of communicating results to senior leadership or MBA experience

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Area Maintenance Managers and teams of technicians and automation engineers
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and manage department budgets
• Ensure safety protocols across operating sites and audit safety programs
• Manage capital spending plans and coordinate external contractors
• Travel domestically up to 15% to support network initiatives
