Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Arcadia Townhomes in Utah. You will oversee maintenance operations, manage staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety, quality, and timely response to service requests.

The role requires EPA/CPO certification or HVAC experience, on-site software proficiency, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA. Regular on-site presence and on-call rotation are required to keep the community well maintained.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC certification desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee operations and service requests daily.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with vendors.
• Inspect grounds and buildings for safety and compliance.
• Maintain inventory and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
