Arcadia Townhomes, managed by Asset Living, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations, service requests, and safety compliance at our community. You will supervise staff and coordinate with the Community Manager and vendors to keep units and common areas in top condition.

The role requires a High School Diploma, EPA & CPO certification, basic computer skills, familiarity with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA; on-site duties, on-call emergencies, and a commitment to safety

Formación

• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC knowledge desirable.
• Basic computer skills required to operate on-site software and tools.
• OSHA knowledge and Fair Housing Laws familiarity are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests for the community.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with the Community Manager and vendors.
• Ensure preventive maintenance and safety standards are followed.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections, and compliance.
