Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Mountain Run in Utah. You will oversee maintenance operations, manage service requests, plan preventive maintenance, and supervise staff and vendors to keep the property in top condition.

Responsibilities include on-call emergencies, budget adherence, safety compliance, and coordinating with the Community Manager. Candidates should have High School Diploma, EPA/CPO, HVAC knowledge, and OSHA/Fair Housing awareness.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management and supervision of staff and vendors.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and common areas daily for safety and upkeep.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Participate in on-call emergency coverage and safety programs.
• Ensure proper documentation of service requests, WOs, and inspections.
