Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance operations at a community in Utah. You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and high-quality repairs for residents and property.

The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, meticulous record-keeping, and an on-call emergency mindset. EPA/CPO certification is required; HVAC is a plus, along with knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC a plus.
• Ability to use on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Manage staff and vendor coordination.
• Conduct unit inspections and safety checks.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program.
• Monitor inventory and budget adherence.
• On-call emergency response and after hours.
