Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across our community. The role requires hands-on leadership, team supervision, and adherence to safety standards while managing service requests, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination.

The ideal candidate will possess an EPA/CPO certification, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and basic computer/software skills to handle on-site systems.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Aufgaben

• Maintenance management of community facilities and units.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements for common areas and units.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and community features daily for hazards.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies within budget.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Lead and train maintenance staff under Community Manager guidance.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and ensure safety standards.
