Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Arcadia Townhomes in Utah to lead maintenance operations and supervise staff with the Community Manager. You will handle service requests, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance while coordinating vendor activities and on-call emergencies.

The role requires strong supervision, strong communication, and a commitment to resident satisfaction. On-site work with a focus on safety, efficiency, and budget-conscious resource management.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent.
EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance management and staff on-site.
Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident work orders.
Inspect grounds, buildings and facilities for hazards and compliance.
Maintain inventory and preventive maintenance programs.
Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
