Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Roy, UT to oversee daily maintenance operations, supervise staff and vendors, and ensure safety and quality across the community. The role includes coordinating requests, managing inventory, and participating in on-call emergencies.

The ideal candidate has EPA & CPO certification with HVAC experience, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• EPA & CPO certification is required; HVAC knowledge is desirable.
• Basic computer skills are required for on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance management and on-site supervision of staff and vendors.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders.
• Ensure repairs and replacements in common areas and units with safety compliance.
• Maintain records of service requests, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and manage budget-adherent purchasing.

Education

EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired
