Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a community’s maintenance operations, including supervising staff, managing work orders, and ensuring safety and quality across units and common areas.

Responsibilities include scheduling, vendor coordination, on-call duties, and maintaining records. Requires EPA/CPO certification, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Mansioni

• Maintenance Management
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards
• Manage and order maintenance supplies inventory within budget
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community
• Maintain a well-organized maintenance shop following safety standards
• Promote safe work practices and OSHA guidelines
• Participate in unit inspections and on-call emergencies
• Plan resource use and obtain bids from vendors and contractors
• Direct and monitor maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation activities to ensure quality
• Supervise maintenance staff and provide performance coaching
• Ensure staff effectiveness through training and guidance
• Deliver excellent customer service and manage service request turnaround
• Represent the community positively to achieve objectives
• Enforce community policies as delegated
