Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the upkeep of our Florida multifamily communities. You will supervise the maintenance team, manage schedules, and ensure safety and quality across amenities and apartment homes.

You will diagnose issues in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting, while coordinating with vendors and staying within budget. On-call and weekend shifts may be required to keep properties in top condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required and trades training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC or plumbing.
• EPA Universal or Type I/II certifications preferred and may be required within six months.
• Ability to read schematics, manuals, and work orders; proficient in safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Department staff, provide safety instruction and coaching.
• Plan maintenance budgets, schedule preventive maintenance, and manage vendors.
• Coordinate move‑in/move‑out inspections and property upkeep across floors and amenities.
• Respond to service requests, diagnose issues in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and carpentry.
• Oversee inventory, order parts, and ensure proper storage and safe shop conditions.
• Maintain EPA logs, certifications, and documentation; ensure compliance with warranties.
