Job summary

ConcordRENTS is seeking a Full Time Maintenance technician in Longwood, FL to maintain apartment home conditions and amenities to company standards. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and quality in all tasks.

The role requires hands-on skills across painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, landscape, and irrigation, with EPA/CPO certifications as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Applied trades training in mechanics, electrical systems, HVAC, and plumbing.
• EPA certification (Universal or Type I/II) required or to be obtained within six months.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required to service pools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the condition of amenities and apartment homes to ConcordRENTS high standards.
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents and maintain occupied units.
• Lead maintenance staff, provide safety instruction, training, and supervision.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors and manage maintenance budgets and schedules.
• Perform mechanical/electrical/plumbing/HVAC repairs and troubleshoot issues as needed.
• Ensure EPA logs, MSDS sheets, and inventory records are current and accurate.
• Monitor move-in/move-out inspections and assist with property grounds upkeep.
• Respond to service requests and prioritize daily tasks to meet property demands.
