Job summary

ConcordRENTS, a leading property manager across Florida's multifamily communities, seeks a maintenance technician to service and improve apartment homes and common areas. You will handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires trade training, 3+ years of hands-on experience, and EPA/CPO certifications (or plan to obtain within six months).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Applied trades training in mechanics, electrical, HVAC and plumbing.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification may be required to service pools.
• EPA certification (Universal or Type I/Type II) required or obtained within six months.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English for safety and productivity.
• Over three years of experience in relevant trades.

Responsibilities

• Maintain amenities and apartment interiors, including move-ins and move-outs.
• Perform range of repairs in mechanical, electrical, plumbing or HVAC systems.
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces and perform related touch-ups.
• Inspect grounds and perform preventive maintenance on building exteriors.
• Respond to service requests, coordinate with supervisors and outside contractors as needed.
• Maintain records: EPA logs, MSDS, inventory, and logs related to pools and equipment.
• On-call duty, nights and weekend work as required.
