Responsibilities include design, development, testing, and deployment support for mainframe Claims applications, mentoring offshore staff, and leading code reviews to uphold coding standards.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience with mainframe technologies.
- Experience with MQ-based messaging and healthcare claims processing.
- Knowledge of code migration and release management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement technical solutions for Claims applications by transforming business requirements into scalable, efficient, and compliant mainframe systems.
- Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain mainframe Claims applications using CICS and MQ.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA teams, project managers, and support teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to offshore team members and coordinate onsite-offshore activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
