Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize MQ-based messaging solutions for Claims applications.
Lead mainframe development using CICS and MQ.
Coordinate with onsite-offshore teams and provide technical leadership.
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards.
Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
Collaborate with business analysts, QA, project managers, and support teams.
