Responsibilities

• Transform business requirements into scalable, efficient mainframe systems for Claims applications.
• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain mainframe Claims applications using CICS and MQ.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, PMs, and support teams to ensure project success.
• Provide technical leadership to offshore team members and coordinate onsite-offshore activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for technical issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards.
• Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation activities.
