Qualifications
- Experience with mainframe tech including CICS and MQ.
- Healthcare Claims Adjudication process knowledge.
- Understanding of code migration and release management.
- Experience with multi-environment promotion processes.
- Agile development experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Transform business requirements into scalable mainframe systems.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Claims applications.
- Collaborate with analysts, QA, PMs, and support teams.
- Provide technical leadership and coordinate offshore teams.
- Resolve technical issues and optimize performance.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and post-implementation activities.
