Citi in Tampa, FL seeks a skilled Apps Support Sr Analyst for Custody Mainframe. You will apply in-depth mainframe expertise to lead incident investigations, coordinate DR/BC exercises, and drive ITIL-compliant change and problem management across teams.

The role requires strong analytical, leadership and communication skills, with experience coaching peers and transferring knowledge within a global support organization. This is a full-time on-site position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with mainframe environments and incident management.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead investigations and resolutions for production incidents and outages.
• Collaborate with Development and Infra teams to remediate risks.
• Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity exercises.
• Drive ITIL processes across Incident, Change and Problem Management.
• Perform root-cause analysis and track trends for preventative actions.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical teams and stakeholders.
