• Level 2 Production Support experience.

• Experience leading requirements gathering for large development projects.
• Proficient using basic technical tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multiple technology teams to ensure integration and define enhancements.
• Provides expertise in apps support with advanced understanding of the domain.
• Define systems scope and objectives for complex enhancements and document requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple tech areas and management to meet goals.
• Work with Product Owners, BAs and SAs to determine impacts and requirements.
• Assess implications of applying technology to the current environment.
• Identify risks, vulnerabilities and security issues; propose mitigations.
• Act as advisor to junior analysts; allocate work.
• Perform incident/outage management and crisis coordination across regions.
• Provide analysis to define problems and develop innovative solutions.
• Investigate incidents across Custody Digital Assets and Settlements apps.
• Impact business by influencing strategic decisions.
