Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of work experience preferred.
• 1+ year of lead experience preferred or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving aptitude.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service to all employees.
• Receive inbound mail and packages and input into chain of custody software.
• Operate mail machines (postage meter, photocopier, mail folding/inserting).
• Maintain records of receipt and mailing dates.
• Manage outgoing mail and shipping/receiving of materials.
• Distribute mail to personnel and notify upon delivery.
