Job summary

Duke Health Technology Solutions is seeking a Senior Maestro Care Solutions Analyst (Level III) to design, configure, and scale Maestro Care builds across modules supporting patient engagement and workflows.

You will lead cross-functional teams, translate clinical and operational needs into durable Maestro Care configurations, and drive testing, release readiness, and production handoff. Requires Epic/Maestro Care expertise and strong Agile leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related clinical, technical, informatics, operational, or business field.
Active Epic/Maestro Care certifications, with focus on Cadence/scheduling, ambulatory, billing, and patient flow.
Level III Maestro Care analyst with independent build ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Independently design Maestro Care architecture and scalable build patterns for digital enablement pilots and workflows.
Translate clinical and operational needs into durable Maestro Care configurations while preserving UX.
Define environment, release, testing, and stabilization strategies for pilot to scale.
Lead senior Maestro Care partnerships for Digital Enablement Strike Teams from feasibility to scale.
Maintain documentation, build standards, and handoff materials for maintainability.
Guide Agile delivery practices and coordinate across clinical, operational, vendor, and security teams.
