Duke Health is seeking an Application Analyst to design, develop, deploy, and support the Maestro Care EHR across revenue cycle workflows. You will work with Epic and other Maestro teams to implement, test, and optimize MC HB modules, including education and cross-training for stakeholders.

You will participate in deployment tasks, triage 24/7 support requests, and liaise with Super Users and End Users across Duke Health clinics.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or four years of equivalent technical experience required
• Epic certification or proficiency in Maestro Care applications
• Epic certification or proficiency in Hospital Billing
• Ability to work in a 24/7 on-call rotation
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, deploy, and support Maestro Care EHR across service access and revenue cycle workflows
• Collaborate with Epic and Maestro Care teams to implement and test MC HB modules
• Provide user education and cross-training to SMEs and service desk staff
• Participate in design sessions and coordinate bug fixes and enhancements over time
