Duke Health is seeking an Ambulatory Solutions Application Analyst to develop, deploy, train, and support Maestro Care EHR across ambulatory workflows. You will work with Epic and Maestro Care teams to implement deployments, interpret clinical workflows, and provide end-user training and on-call support.

The role emphasizes collaboration with providers and staff to expand clinic capabilities, ensure quality patient care, and drive knowledge transfer across the Duke Health network.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related clinical or technical field is required.
• Epic certification or proficiency in EpicCare Ambulatory is required (Level 3).
• Epic proficiency and strong ambulatory workflow knowledge are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide deployment, training, and post-implementation support for Maestro Care EHR across ambulatory workflows.
• Collaborate with Epic teams to interpret clinical workflows and support build, testing, and deployments.
• Assist with end-user education, cross-training, and Service Desk support; participate in on-call rotations.
• Develop and document system and user procedures; coordinate with clinical staff for knowledge transfer.
• Support design sessions, bug fixes, and feature enhancements to meet patient care needs.
