Job summary

Duke Health Technology Solutions seeks an Ambulatory Solutions Application Analyst to deploy and support Maestro Care Epic across ambulatory workflows. You will train end users, coordinate with Epic teams, and assist during implementation phases to improve clinical knowledge transfer.

The role emphasizes cross‑functional collaboration, alignment with Epic modules, and ongoing production support to ensure patient care excellence across Duke Health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of equivalent technical experience.
• Epic certification or proficiency in EpicCare Ambulatory tests and deployment.
• Experience with ambulatory clinics and clinical workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Maestro Care Epic applications across ambulatory workflows.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, provide education, and train end users and service desk staff.
• Participate in design, testing, and deployment of new features and bug fixes.
