Job summary

Duke Health Technology Solutions is seeking an Application Analyst to design, deploy, and support the Maestro Care EHR across revenue cycle workflows. You will work closely with Epic and Maestro Care teams to drive deployment tasks, interpret HIM workflows, and support knowledge transfer to Super Users and End Users.

The role involves coordinating education, on-call support, and liaison activities across DPC and DHIP clinics, ensuring features and bug fixes meet patient care needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or four years of equivalent technical experience.
Epic proficiency in an area of application support.
Epic certification or proficiency in Epic HIM is required.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, and support Maestro Care EHR across service access and revenue cycle workflows.
Collaborate with Epic and Maestro Care teams to implement deployment tasks and support HIM workflows.
Provide 24/7 production on-call rotation for triage and support requests.
Educate and cross-train team members, SMEs, and Service Desk staff.
Coordinate virtual and on-site assistance to support clinics under Duke Health umbrella; facilitate knowledge transfer.
