Duke University’s Duke Health Technology Solutions seeks an Application Analyst at Level 2 to support Maestro Care EHR across ambulatory workflows. You will partner with Epic and Maestro Care teams, deploy features, train users, and provide on-call production support, ensuring smooth operations across Duke Health clinics.

You will develop procedures, document workflows, and coordinate with stakeholders for seamless releases and enhancements in Maestro Care EHR.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or four years of equivalent technical experience required.
• Epic certification in EpicCare Ambulatory or equivalent proficiency required.
• Experience with ambulatory healthcare IT is preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide deployment, training, and post-implementation support for Maestro Care EHR across ambulatory workflows.
• Collaborate with Epic and Maestro Care teams to interpret clinical workflows and support builds, testing, and deployment.
• Educate end users and service desk staff; participate in on-call rotations for production support.
• Develop user procedures and coordinate with developers on feature requests and bug fixes.
• Coordinate complex projects and oversee deliverables with cross-functional teams.
