Job summary

Duke Health Technology Solutions is seeking an Application Analyst to design, deploy, and support Maestro Care EHR across revenue cycle workflows. You will collaborate with Epic and Maestro Care teams, provide on-call support, and help expand HIM functionality for clinics within Duke Health.

Ideal candidates have Epic certification proficiency, experience with revenue cycle workflows, and a strong background in health information management.

Qualifications

• Epic proficiency and certification in HIM or related Epic area.
• Experience with Maestro Care applications and revenue cycle workflows.
• Familiarity with LMR, ROI, and related HIM modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support Maestro Care EHR solutions.
• Provide post-implementation technical support and training across clinics.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for production support.
