Job summary

Duke Health Technology Solutions seeks an Application Analyst Level 2 for Maestro Care EHR across ambulatory clinics. You will deploy, train, and support Epic and Maestro Care modules, coordinating with clinical staff to optimize workflows and knowledge transfer.

Level 1–3 responsibilities include designing and testing features, providing on-call production support, and ensuring regulatory reporting needs are met.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or four years of equivalent technical experience.
• Epic proficiency or certification in EpicCare Ambulatory is required.
• Minimum years of related experience increase with level (1–3).

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, train, and support Maestro Care EHR across ambulatory workflows.
• Collaborate with Epic and Maestro Care teams on deployment tasks and building/testing.
• Provide education, cross-training, and service desk support; participate in on-call rotations.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to improve knowledge and usage of Maestro Care modules.
