Job summary

Duke Health Technology Solutions is seeking an Application Analyst to design, deploy, and support the Maestro Care EHR across revenue cycle workflows. You will work closely with Epic and Maestro Care teams to implement deployments, test workflows, and provide ongoing user support in a Duke Health environment.

The role requires Epic certification or proficiency in Hospital Billing, and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Epic proficiency or certification in Maestro Care/ hospital billing support.
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and support Maestro Care EHR across workflows.
• Collaborate with Epic and Maestro Care teams to implement features and fixes.
• Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for production support.
