Alvarez & Marsal is seeking seasoned CTG professionals to join our dynamic team in Dallas. As an Associate, you will be a key member of our delivery teams working on enterprise-wide M&A projects, including due diligence, integration planning, and synergy realization.

You will interact with senior leaders, support pre-signing activities, and help shape post-close execution. The role requires 2+ years of relevant consulting experience, strong communication, and US work eligibility.

Competenze

• 2+ years of relevant consulting or operational experience (Big 4 or top-tier firm preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong business acumen with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience on complex M&A execution projects (integrations and separations) and deal work a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced teams and ability to operate under ambiguity.
• Industry exposure across consumer products, Industrials, Healthcare, Financial Services, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to senior leaders.
• Travel may be up to 75%.
• Ability to work within the US.

Mansioni

• Serve on a workstream for enterprise-wide M&A projects within the project team to design and deliver high-quality client analysis and work products.
• Support operational diligence and/or functional analysis as part of pre-signing / pre-closing activities to help clients determine value and risks.
• Help clients understand overlaps, develop integration or separation work plans, and create critical planning documents (entanglement logs, TSAs, cost models, synergy plans).
• Identify issues and opportunities with supporting analysis and propose mitigating actions while optimizing upside.
• Support career development and lead initiatives such as recruiting and training for the team.
