Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Organizational Development, Finance, or related field.
• 4–7+ years of HR M&A, integration, or program management experience.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong governance, risk management, and executive reporting skills.
• Discretion with confidential information and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise leaders on people-related integration decisions aligned to transaction objectives.
• Lead due diligence, integration planning, Day 1 readiness, and post-integration transition.
• Develop integrated workplans, governance materials, risk logs, and dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across People Enablement, Finance, Legal, IT, HR.
• Prepare executive summaries and status reports for senior leadership.
