Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Senior Manager, M&A People Integration to act as the strategic owner of all people-related integration workstreams across the M&A portfolio. You will ensure talent, culture, and HR operations are integrated to support mission continuity and value realization in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to operate at both strategic and detail levels.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of HR experience with 1+ year in M&A integration.
• Proven HR integration projects from diligence through post-close.
• Experience with government contracting or classified environments preferred.
• Strong analytical and executive communication skills.
• HRIS migrations and data integrations experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the People Integration Playbook.
• Lead Day 1 and post-close HR integration deliverables.
• Coordinate compensation harmonization, benefits, and HRIS transitions.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Business Line leadership.
• Provide expert guidance on international considerations and policy harmonization.
