Job summary

LPL Financial seeks a Vice President, People Integration Partner to lead and execute People-related activities across acquisitions, from due diligence to post-close integration. You will partner with Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure smooth workforce transitions and risk-managed integration.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with significant hands-on M&A integration responsibility.
• Demonstrated success leading complex People integration programs and cross-functional workstreams.
• Experience supporting due diligence activities, workforce transitions, talent management, organizational design, employee relations, and change management.
• Strong project and program management skills with risk management and executive reporting.
• Ability to influence senior leaders in highly matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead all People integration workstreams across acquisitions, from design to execution.
• Coordinate HR Business Partners, COEs, and shared services to deliver integration objectives.
• Develop and maintain playbooks, integration plans, tools, and frameworks for consistent execution and regulatory compliance.
• Track progress, escalate issues, and provide executive reporting on integration activities.
