Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States seeks a Senior Manager, M&A People Integration to own talent, culture, and HR operations across acquisitions, driving integration playbooks and Day 1 readiness for a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

This role requires strategic vision, executive presence, and hands-on execution, with experience in government contracting or classified environments and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across Legal, People Ops, Finance, and business lines.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in M&A integration roles focusing on People/HR workflows.
• Proven track record leading complex HR integration projects from diligence through post-close stabilization.
• Deep expertise in HR regulations and best practices within M&A contexts, incl. government contracting or classified environments.
• Strong analytical skills to translate HR data into actionable integration strategies and executive communication.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management abilities to influence senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in HRIS and project management; experience with Confluence, Airtable, and SharePoint is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the People Integration Playbook across compensation, leveling, organizational design, benefits, and HRIS/payroll transitions.
• Lead Day 1 G&A integration, including pre-close talent assessments and issue resolution.
• Mitigate talent risk and drive retention through robust strategies and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate HR deliverables for Day 1 and beyond, including offer letters, background checks, benefits enrollment, and payroll setup.
• Serve as primary People Integration liaison with Legal, People Ops, Finance, and Business Line leadership.
• Provide expert guidance on international considerations, Works Councils, and policy harmonization.
