Responsibilities

• Own the People Integration Playbook across acquisitions.
• Lead Day 1 G&A People Integration post-close.
• Mitigate talent risk and drive retention across integrations.
• Coordinate HR operational readiness for Day 1 and beyond.
• Coordinate cross-functional HR dependencies with Legal, People Ops, and Finance.
• Provide expert guidance on international considerations and policy harmonization.
