Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Manager, M&A People Integration to own all people-related workstreams across the acquisition portfolio. This high-impact role partners with Legal, People Ops, Finance and business lines to ensure talent, culture and HR operations align from close onward.

The candidate brings 7–10+ years in HR with M&A integration, strong analytical and executive communication skills, and a record of driving seamless Day 1 readiness and post-close value realization.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in HR with at least 1 year in M&A integration workstreams.
• Experience leading complex HR integration from diligence to post-close.
• Knowledge of government contracting or classified environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the People Integration Playbook across acquisitions.
• Lead Day 1 G&A integration and talent assessments.
• Design retention packages and cultural alignment strategies.
• Coordinate HR operational readiness and HRIS/payroll setup.
• Collaborate with Legal, People Ops, Finance and business lines.
