Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manager, M&A People Integration to own and orchestrate all people-related workstreams across the company’s M&A portfolio. You will ensure talent, culture, and HR operations are integrated to support continuity and value realization in acquisitions.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 1+ years specifically in M&A integration roles focusing on People/HR workstreams.
• Proven track record leading complex HR integration projects from diligence through post-close stabilization, including compensation, benefits, and HRIS integration.
• Deep expertise in HR regulations and best practices in an M&A context, with exposure to government contracting or classified environments.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the People Integration Playbook: standardize processes for compensation harmonization, leveling, org design, benefits integration, and HRIS/payroll transitions across acquisitions.
• Lead G&A People Integration: ensure Day 1 G&A functional integration and talent assessments from close.
• Mitigate Talent Risk & Drive Retention: design strategies to identify key talent and manage retention packages.
• Orchestrate HR Operational Readiness: coordinate Day 1 deliverables such as offer letters, background checks, benefits enrollment, and HRIS setup.
• Manage Cross-functional HR Dependencies: act as primary People Integration liaison with Legal, People Ops, Finance, and Business Line leadership.
• Provide Expert Guidance: advise on international considerations (Works Councils), clearance transfers, and policy harmonization.
