Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a Senior Manager, M&A Integration to help build and run the operational backbone for how acquisitions are integrated, translating deal theses into durable business outcomes. You will lead integration planning and execution from LOI through post-close, coordinating with Legal, HR, Finance, IT, Go-to-Market, Marketing, and Product & Technology.

You will drive cross‑functional execution without formal authority, shaping Day 1 planning, synergy tracking, and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of progressive experience, including 5+ years in M&A integration or related cross-functional programs.
• Experience owning integration workstreams or full integrations through post-close execution.
• Experience partnering with Corporate Development from LOI through close.
• Experience across deal types, including product and talent tuck-ins.
• Strong program management discipline and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Translate the deal thesis into clear integration goals, success criteria, and a high-level operating model for each transaction.
• Build and maintain the integration playbook with Day 1/Day 100 checklists and templates across functions.
• Lead day-to-day integration execution, governance cadence, and accountability for multiple workstreams.
• Own Day 1 and Day 100 readiness, manage dependencies and risks across deals as needed.
• Support HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and other teams to protect and realize value from integrations.
• Present integration status and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
