Job summary

Equinix is seeking a Senior Director, PeopleM&A to lead the People function across merger & acquisition and emerging markets. You will shape HR strategy for deal lifecycle, from due diligence through integration or separation, ensuring employee experience and culture are safeguarded.

Qualifications

• Significant years of HR leadership experience in large-scale M&A, divestitures and integration.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end HR practices including compensation, benefits, talent management, and HR data & technology.
• Familiarity with legal, financial, and operational aspects of M&A from a people perspective.
• Track record of leading cross-functional, multi-geography integration teams.

Responsibilities

• Influence deal-structure discussions and leadership retention during transactions.
• Lead end-to-end HR strategy and execution for M&A transactions from due diligence to post-close integration.
• Define strategies for establishing operations in emerging markets and integrate into global HR framework.
• Oversee M&A delivery team and ensure high-quality, on-time services with strong employee satisfaction.
